# Nexus ERP source review

Reviewed by CloudMonkey on 21 October 2026 for the Nexus ERP case study.

## Source reviewed

The repository supplied for review was `geek247-amzo/nexus-erp-974a-cloudmonkey-co-za`. It contains the Nexus ERP product website. Its tracked application includes public Home, About, Contact, Modules, Platform and Pricing pages, an XML sitemap, product module data, feature descriptions and a four-phase roadmap.

The repository was accessible to CloudMonkey's authenticated reviewer, but GitHub returned 404 to an unauthenticated request during this review. The domain `https://nexuserp.xyz/` did not complete a TLS handshake from the review server. These links are therefore not presented as independently accessible public evidence here.

## Product scope described by the repository

The product website groups 17 modules into these areas:

- Finance: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Bank Integrations.
- Shop floor: Work Orders and OEE & Machine Uptime.
- Quality: ISO Compliance and NCR Management.
- Supply chain: Purchasing and 3-Way Matching.
- Inventory: Warehousing and Stock Control.
- CRM and portals: Sales & CRM and B2B Self-Service Portals.
- Engineering: Engineering & BOM.
- Energy and ESG: Carbon Footprint and Consumption Tracking.

It describes an AI document pipeline for PDFs, images and RFQs; multi-company PostgreSQL isolation; finance dashboard totals; sequenced invoices; vendor bills alongside their source documents; payment marking that adjusts bank balances; and per-company users, currency and VAT settings. These are claims in the product website, not workflows verified from this repository.

## Roadmap described by the repository

The four published roadmap phases cover Excel imports, statement generation and UI refresh; shop-floor and supply-chain screens plus quality, engineering and inventory forms; department-level permissions; and form validation with real-time WebSocket dashboards. The roadmap labels some items in progress and others planned.

## Verification boundary

The reviewed repository is a React 19, TypeScript and TanStack Start product website. It does not contain the ERP application's backend, database schema, migrations, authentication or operational workflows. It also contains no `LICENSE` file. CloudMonkey publishes the project description and module inventory on the owner's authorization, while making no source-backed claim here that ERP workflows are implemented or that the code has a specific open-source licence. Add the application repository and its chosen licence to this review before making those claims.
