The launch offer covers the full month-one bespoke build of your environment. This includes a discovery session with your team to map your business flows, followed by server provisioning, SSL and domain configuration, database setup, security hardening, OpenClaw AI agent deployment, workflow integrations configuration (built around your specific business processes), and integration of all included communication channels (WhatsApp, Discord). The result is a managed environment that is configured specifically for how your business operates — not a generic template. The setup fee is shown as void for now on eligible managed plans while the launch sale is active.
We use Paystack for payment processing, which supports major South African credit and debit cards, EFT, and other local payment methods. All charges are in ZAR — no conversion fees.
Plans are monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. For eligible launch-sale managed plans, the setup line is shown as void while the offer is active. We will assist with a clean handover of your infrastructure and data. Productised hosting, ecommerce, and other service-specific packages may carry their own terms and delivery schedules.
CloudMonkey earns 10% of each successful transaction processed through your store. There is no monthly fee and no upfront build cost beyond your domain purchase or transfer. This model means we are directly incentivised to keep your store performing well.
Yes. Upgrades can be done at any time. You pay the difference in setup fee for the new tier where one applies, and your monthly billing adjusts from the next cycle. Your data, configurations, and integrations move with you.
Yes. All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee backed by our SLA. If CloudMonkey fails to meet its SLA commitments, you can file a claim from your dashboard for a full refund of the setup fee where one was charged. For the launch-sale managed plans, monthly billing starts immediately after payment.
Yes. Your data, your application code, and your domain always belong to you. CloudMonkey manages the operational layer — servers, security, monitoring — but you retain full ownership of your business assets.
