Common questions
When someone signs up using your referral link and starts a paid subscription, you receive 20% of their monthly subscription fee every month they remain active. For example, if they pay R2,600/month for the Business Plan, you receive R520 every month deposited into your bank account.
Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid out via EFT during the first week of the following month. You will need a valid South African bank account to receive payouts. A minimum payout threshold of R200 applies.
No, joining the CloudMonkey affiliate program is completely free. There are no joining fees, monthly fees, or any other costs. You simply create a free account, apply, get approved, and start sharing your link.
Once your affiliate account is approved, any CloudMonkey managed service subscription you hold is automatically discounted by 20% on the monthly fee. This is separate from your referral commissions — it is a direct reduction in what you pay each month.
We review affiliate applications within 24 hours on business days. You will receive an email confirmation once approved, along with your unique referral link and access to the affiliate dashboard in your backend.
Commissions are only paid for active subscriptions. If a referred customer cancels their plan, commissions for that customer stop from the following billing month. Commissions already earned and approved are still paid out.
